Privacy Policy

Effective 13 October 2026

Vectra does not collect any data. Everything you record stays on your iPhone.

The app has no accounts, analytics, advertising, tracking or third-party SDKs, and it never sends anything over the internet. This policy explains how the Vectra camera app for iPhone ("Vectra", "the app", "we") handles information. It applies to the app and to this website.

Information we collect

None. We do not collect, store, sell or share any personal information, and we cannot see anything you record. The app makes no network connections, so no data leaves your device through Vectra.

Device permissions

Vectra asks for the permissions below. They are used only on your device to make recordings, and you can change them at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security.

Vectra does not access your location, contacts, photo library or any other data on your device.

Your recordings

Settings

Your app preferences, such as log profile, resolution and frame rate, are stored only on your device.

Children

Vectra collects no data from anyone, including children under 13.

This website

This site is a set of static pages. It uses no cookies, analytics or tracking scripts, and every font and image is served from this site rather than a third party. The hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, as part of running the service.

Changes to this policy

If the way Vectra handles information changes, we will update this page and its effective date before the change ships in the app.
